Dash trim clips

While carrying out some repairs recently I lost a couple of clips used to fix the dash & trim panels. Struggling to find where to buy / how to find replacements.

The ones I have seem to have a felt kind of material stuck to them - presume this is noise deadening?

Any clues on where to get some new ones the same as the ones I’ve got would be appreciated.
