I had exactly the same error code , mine turned out to be the throttle body which when replaced cured the problem.

I know it's unrelated to egr circuit b but a Duckworths tech spotted a slightly high throttle body voltage so I had it changed.

I was going round in circles , anyway hope you get there . 2011 tdv8 4.4 vogue Santorini black

I had the same, ended up having the sensor changed and the throttle body. 2011 TDV8 Vogue
