HDC not working

Morning All,

I’m getting the HDC not working warning when I start it up, and sure enough when I try and engage the light on the dash comes on but states it’s inactive.

What are the options for root cause? How does HDC work?

It uses the ABS sensors for speed etc….. prob other stuff, but that’s the main input. I think it uses other sensors to help keep car straight. Is the DSC still working?

I’m no expert though. Should have logged a fault code somewhere.
