How to tell if L322 is Vogue, Vogue SE or Autobiography?

Hi all,
Looking for L322's here in the nordics and find it very difficult to identify what trim level the L322's might be.

All i can go with is the VIN number and look at the specifications on the site and that is rarely specified with Vogue.
Take this car for example, 2006 4.2 supercharger cold climate:
https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check-lookup/SALLMAM346A209385

2008 4.4 Hot climate version
https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check-lookup/SALLMAM548A260355

I understand the trim level are high on the superchargers but not if they are Vogue, Vogue SE or Autobiography.

Are there any specific specs I can look for that iron's out the trim level? I do also know there is different trim depending on Cold/Hot Country Version such as heated steering wheel or cooled seats.

Any advice is appreciated!

the way I found out how to tell on ads with pictures, that might have dodgy (wishful) badging, is that the vogues have piped seats, and the vogue SE have stitched edges where the piping was... the AB versions have same stitching with added parts like door panel similarly stitched, and stitching along the centre dash crossover piece that goes beneath the radio display. the SE and AB have six dials in the heater section, so they have heated and cooled seats. however, the Westminster, has piped seats, but are heated and cooled, and a few other goodies.

Autobiography models have leather door cards and headlining. Difficult to fake.

The other specs change a bit over the years, so not as easy to tell, though as above, seats can be a giveaway.

Thanks!
Could you share some pictures on the piping on Vogue, Vogue SE, Autobiography seats and their piping?

My 2007 4.2SC Vogue SE has black piping on ivory seats so I think trims changed by year as well

Thanks for the tip.

I saw this L322 on a FB group where the owner stated it is an autobiography and it's not the 2010+ model. I thought AB was only on 2010+.

Are there any specific trim/accessories codes I could search for to confirm the level or is it simply from visual review?

An Autobiography will have heated and cooled seats, plus perforated leather plus leather headlining plus rear vanity mirrors in roof headlining plus leather door cards

Stitched seat edges (SE and AB)and slightly different seat leather pattern than vogue, and the leather is aniline, (supersoft!)

Centre dash under radio has stitching along the width meaning it’s leather not plastic likewise the glovebox and knee pads too .....and six dials make this heated and cooled seats (vogue optional, and standard in SE and AB)

all leather stitched door panels and often a stitched leather headlining at no extra cost but not standard on all AB’s….but not on SE or vogue. This is an AB interior, retrofitted. (To a Westminster)

Those FB pics look like a Vogue. Plastic dash, no heated/cooled seats and piping on the seats. I think you are right on AB being 2010+ but you do see a lot of earlier cars advertised as such but clearly not.

Leather middle dash panels, leather door cards, stitching on the seats, rear vanity roof units and (optional) leather roof lining are the main visual additions for AB.

Autobiography has always been available, but not as a model in its own right. Originally you could pick options from the Autobiography accessories and it was then classed as such. They weren’t cheap options though, and were bespoke in many ways. Bespoke paint and leather etc….

Thanks for the pictures and help. Now I fully understand what you mean with piping vs stitching Smile
