United States 2008 Range Rover Westminster 4.2 SC V8 Java Black

This is the closest and most recent conversation to what I am seeking. I have a 2008 North American l322 I have the rear entertainment system but my head unit displays black as I don't have the 5 prong s video to female fakra cable in cable because of "safety" back in 2008. Europe model did have bulletin or this installed from factory. I have a part number for the sport cable but still needs rigging as it's a male on one end and the svideo end works on the rse module. Does any here live in Europe and know the part number for the cable or could ask a dealership for me there? The sport cable part number I have is YMQ503090. Thanks in advance.
