Glove box upholstery coming away - what is going on here?

Ok here's some pictures. My glove box upholstery is coming away. What's missing to hold the seam in place? What's the fix?

Yep same on mine, but on the lateral (door side).
I'm also interested in a fix, because I couldn't fing a (left drive) replacement part of the right color (mine is jet black) "it needs some intelligence to undestand you may not have enough"
