The knob on the right side of the steering column has two rotary positions.

It does. The seat lowers and the wheel rises. Has always been ‘on’ in my car and to be honest I can’t remember how it is activated - a button on the steering column? |

It's the in-out, up-down joystick type switch on the right side of the steering column. It you rotate it to Auto, the seat will retract when you open the door and move back once the engine is restarted. Mike |
