The best place (not the cheapest, if that's what you mean by best) is Duckworth Parts, aftermarket wheel speed sensors tend to be cheap for a reason.
Tyre size looks OK to me - check the tyre pressure placard for the correct range of tyre sizes for your vehicle. Running on rubber bands will destroy the ride quality. - and look a bit 'chavvy' IMO. You might as well cover it in chrome effect plastic and put spinners on the wheels.

Speaking of chrome.......i was thinking on wrapping the chrome surrounding the fog lights and Grills. Black to match the headlight surrounds. Not a shiny chrome fan.

The wheels and tyres are not standard. The correct size is 255/50/20.

Have a look at the spare, that might be what the car had originally.

I find most of the standard wheels look far better than aftermarket ones (and won't be an insurance 'issue'). forgot to say, any of the cheap USB Bluetooth adaptors from Amazon etc. work fine with the aux. input - this is the one I use https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08NYH2J3W/ Most phones can connect to multiple devices so you can still use the LR Bluetooth for calls.

I think they are genuine Range Rover wheels but wider at 9.5 inches. CH3M-1007-AA.

Tyres/Wheels

As others have said, the wheels aren't from this car and normal tyre size would be 255/50/20 however, looking at the bulge on the Pirelli's you have on there currently, I think a 255 will fit those wheels. Tyre wall size is what will compromise comfort, not width (which will actually increase fuel consumption). So, just make sure you get 255/50/20 when they need changing and the garage don't just put the same size as currently on there. A 255 will also give you a flatter looking wall, which looks much neater.

Bluetooth Music

For Bluetooth music, you've got 2 options:
1. Bovee type adaptor (it plugs into the ipod socket in the arm rest and enables Bluetooth streaming and the track buttons will work on the steering wheel). Quite expensive though at about £90

Front Chrome

For the front chrome, no need to wrap the surrounds. The front corner/fog lamp surrounds and the lower bumper trim are available in black from Land Rover and are quite inexpensive (iirc the trim is about £70 and the surrounds are about £15/20 each).

Part numbers look to be:

Other Things

If you're new to 4.4 TDV8, some VERY common things that will need doing if not already:

- Oil cooler - the seals go or it warps and leaks oil. Left, oil will reach its way into the cooling system. This can be checked by looking down between the gaps in the intake manifold. The top of the V should be clean with no oil residue. The bell housing should also only have road grime on
- Auxiliary belt - Easy to change and needs doing at the 100k-120k miles mark. These start getting brittle after around 10 years anyway so, best to get it changed if it hasn't been or you don't know
- Air conditioning compressor - very common failure. Compressor needs replacing. Basically any fault with the air con on the 4.4 TDV8 is almost always the compressor. They seem to fail anywhere between 7-12 years
‐ Alternator - seems to fail around 10 years old. Should be supplying 14.5V +- 1V. Can be checked with a multimeter, the IID diagnostic tool or the 'secret menu' in the stereo
- Rear brake calipers - prone to rusting and seizing around 10 years old. Require replacement. Check for heat damage on the discs (they discolour) and rust around the piston.
‐ Air conditioned seats - if you have these fitted as an option (a knob either side of the clock), the driver's side heating and/or cooling seems to fail approaching 140k miles. If you have heated seats only, the mats tend to last a little longer. If they're the heated & cooled seats, turn the dial to full on cold and see if you can hear the fan going in the seat back and the one in the seat base. Check for airflow coming through the perforations and leave running for 5 minutes. Now turn it to full heat and do the same. The seat circuit shuts down when a fault is detected so, if it all runs, should be ok. CH3M-1007‐AA are wheels from the old Range Rover Sport (i think, see marketing picture), not the L322, which is why they don't look right.

Wheels definitely aftermarket. The LR ones that look similar have a gap between the spokes. These wheels don’t.

Gary, I meant they are genuine Land Rover wheels. CH3M-1007-aa , Grey Diamond cut so they are not aftermarket if you know what I mean. [ I like the way you changed your comment from on L405]

Wheels are definitely RRS... I found with our old L322 with a design pack that the tyres looked too small... I changed our tyres for 255/55/20 which looked more in-keeping with the design kit

I think I might have some gloss black for surrounds and some black powder-coated exhaust ends... PM me if you are interested sir?
