Just in the process of buying a 2012 vogue tdv8.
In the boot floor is a 50 mph space saver.
Is this correct?
Is this what they came with?

Space saver is OE but many sensible people have a full size. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

A full sized spare was an option. I wouldn’t worry too much there are plenty of 19/20” FF wheels available on the internet to stuff in there if you want so I wouldn’t let it put you off. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I have just looked in my boot, I have a 19" full size spare, but have 4 x 20" rims/tyres on the car, is that right ?

I guess it will get me home if I go slower than normal, but should it not really be 20" in the boot ?

The rolling radius of the 20” and 19” tyres should be pretty much the same so it should be fine as a spare.

Probably someone bought the car new with 19” which were then “Upgraded” at some point for 20”. Wouldn’t worry about it too much…. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I'm thinking of selling my 22" Turbines, if I sell all 5 what do I put in the boot? or should I just keep one, I've fitted the ones shown below (also 22") but only have 4. I currently have a full size spare (Turbine)

It depends on who you sell your wheels to & what value they put on the 5th.

Also how much hassle you want.

There are cheaper 22's than the turbines - so I guess you could buy one of those & sell the set of 5 turbines - of just keep one & sell a set of 4 turbines.

Alternatively the OE 20 & 21's would be OK as a spare, so you could even PX the spare with whoever buys the turbines.
