Rust repair on a budget, Repair???

Found this video on YouTube whilst browsing for L322 videos.

Can't see this repair lasting very long, he has failed to cut out all the rust on the cill and although the wheel arch repair is nice and shiny, he has failed to check inside the arch as this area is double skinned and in my experience the rust comes from behind.

I couldn't bring myself to post this in "maintenance" as it clearly isn't.

I'm guessing he's been told his video is crap as he's disabled comments on it!

I particularly liked the bit when he decided to not weld the top of the plate to stop the rust spreading Laughing
