My project car (blog link below) is for sale.
When I bought this car I was going to use it for off roading and field sports as a third car, however it was so nice to drive I actually ended up selling my M4 and using this as my main car.
Due to a change in circumstances at work I have been forced to part with it. Basically a new directive from my employer stating in order to maintain my car allowance I need a car under 8 years old so I have ordered an EV through a salary sacrifice scheme.
This is all well and good however delivery date is currently being touted as January 2024.
I need to find a newer car until then so I am going to get myself a Golf in the meantime. This is because of our Net Zero mission and is totally out of my hands. 
That means I will sadly have to part with my 2011 Vogue SE which has at times been a bit of a challenge, but for some unexplainable reason is strangely a really loveable car, we actually bought it in order to cart our lockdown dog around but he's actually only been in the car twice in over a year, not really justifiable.

Most of the work done below is preventative maintenance or just done to keep me busy.
About previous projects I have done:
I had a Mitsubishi Shogun project before this one for a couple of years (and that was in a right state) and the guy that bought it off me (when I bought the RR) had nothing but great things to say about the car and the work I had put into it and recently told me he sold it due to running costs of a 3.6 petrol as a daily.
Nothing spectacular about that you might think. However he told me he has sold it to a charity who are going to take it to Ukraine to get people out of the warzone because it's such a solid and capable car. I cant tell you how proud this makes me which is why I had to share.

Full service History in a fully stamped up book and additional service portfolio. Mostly main dealer and some independent until 139k when I got the car and started going over it.
Everything works as it should including the cooled seats which I find amazing in the hot weather.

09 October 2021 Front brake callipers cleaned and resprayed in red heat resistant paint
14 October 2021 PAS fluid flushed and replaced & Transfer case oil replaced
15 October 2021 Front brake discs and front brake pads replaced
18 October 2021 Tailgate upper rust removed and resprayed
19 October 2021 Headlight Bi-Xenon HID lamps replaced with new OSRAM bulbs
19 October 2021 Headlight main beam lamps replaced with new OSRAM LED bulbs
20 October 2021 Front door midbass speakers replaced
21 October 2021 Front screen wipers replaced
21 October 2021 Front doors and tailgate sprayed with Dinitrol ML rustproofing
25 October 2021 Dashcam fitted
25 October 2021 Rear door arches treated and resprayed
30 October 2021 Propshaft removed to replace centre bearing
03 November 2021 Propshaft bearing replaced, CV joints regreased and sealed. Propshaft refitted.
03 November 2021 Side steps rebuilt using galvanaised channel and 40x20 box section tube
08 November 2021 Rear callipers stripped, painted red and refurbished with new seals and pistons
16 November 2021 All battery connections cleaned and power leads checked. Charging voltage checked at 14.8v. Battery Management System replaced
12 December 2021 Engine oil & filter changed
07 February 2022 Rear suspension joints changed
10 March 2022 Front lower arms changed as Britpart ones changed on 29th Sept 2021 already failing
21 March 2022 Cavities waxed - Sills, Wheelarches, underbody
26 March 2022 Plastic jacking points replaced
12 April 2022 All 5 Wheels refurbished (inc spare)
14 April 2022 All 4 Tyres replaced
30 April 2022 Anti roll bar bushes replaced
14 May 2022 Rear brake pipes replaced
16 May 2022 Rear subframe mounting bushes changed
21 May 2022 Horns replaced with new Hella units
03 August 2022 Front offside CV Boots replaced
10 August 2022 Front air springs replaced
14 September 2022 Front air springs replaced - Again with BWI OE units. Also changed ARB drop links.
14 September 2022 Front strut sealing washers replaced
14 September 2022 Oil and Filter Change
6th October 2022 Rear Lower Arms replaced with Delphi units
I have taken loads of pictures and video of my work but none of the car as I never intended to sell it. The car is in great condition for an 11 year old car, wearing a few scratches here and there but no dents or serious body damage or rust.
Car is on a private plate which will be removed prior to sale. £12.5k.
