No response in 5th gear

2003 TD6 with gm box.
Had transmission oil changed and am now having problems in 5th gear.
Recon box with upgraded bits in it 125000k,s ago.
Have oil dropped and new fluid in every 20000k,s.
when going along the flat its OK,but come to a hill and it wants to drop down a gear(or 2 sometimes) when I want more power.
It seems to be getting bogged down with no power.
Am wondering if the latest G,box oil change or something else engine related would be the cause.
When warmed up,from a stop it will go like there,s nothing wrong with it.
Its only when you put your foot down in 5th gear to get up the hill that it seems to do it.Previously it would stay in 5th.
Any help greatfully appreciated.

No probs Stan.

Took it down to my local mechanic and he found a boost/vacuum hose that had perished and replaced it.
Now have FULL power back in the beast so I'm a happy camper once again. Very Happy

Beast has just gone over 280000k's and the only hose that I have replaced is the one to the EGR with a silicon one at the top right hand side(which is blanked off).
What other hoses are likely to go with the amount of k;s that I have on it now so I can replace them before they crap themselves.
TIA
