L405 Rear Door Won’t Open

Evening, my drivers side rear door won’t unlock. Went out for a walk and came back and only the 3 doors and boot would unlock. If I pull the handle the side step pops out but the door remains locked. When I press the unlock button inside the LED indicator light doesn’t switch over to show it unlocked either. Is there a way of manually unlocking the door so I can get it open to remove the door card and take a look? TIA.

Try pressing the child lock button on the drivers door to cycle the door locks on/off. Dan. 🇨🇦 2013 L405 5.0 SCV8

Try the search button, download the WSM in the Wiki, check for DTC's

I had this a few months ago. On mine it was a fault with the soft close mechanism. Dealer was able to get the door open and replace the faulty part. I had visions of needing to cut through the door card (as some googling suggests might be necessary) so pleased to discover it was a "relatively" easy and affordable fix.
