Hi folks,

my aux heater on my 2011 TDV8 4.4 did work a number of weeks ago. I then paired with a newly bought remote and it hasn't worked afterwards - I think. Also, one day I was assuming it was exhaust gases from the aux heater coming up the left side of my bonnet but it may have been a sign of something gone? As it happens, car was in having a front suspension air bag replaced yesterday and the fault codes re the heater are as follows

B12A6-11 Auxiliary heater water pump
B1D32-00 Multiple flame interruption during heating cycle

Is B12A6-11 telling us the pump is gone and needs replaced? Anyone on here done that? Is it time consuming and would anyone have a number for that part maybe? Also, would a repaired pump solve the "multiple flame interruptions"? Or am I in luck and these are two different faults?

I also now remember that sometime at the end of last year I had the T hose at the radiator replaced, where it splits water off to the aux heater. Dunno if that helps.

Did you ever resolve the issue with you fbh?

Yeah. No one offered any help or advice so I bought a used one and replaced the entire unit. 2011 L322 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
