Heated cooled seats 2012 full fat

I have this option but all switches and controls dead. Fuse appears OK. Any other relays on this or is there more than one fuse? I had the car a week and it parted company with high pressure fuel pump as someone had stripped a bolt and not replaced. Pick up next week after engine out and 5 weeks at dealers. Going to get a mortgage for the bill!

Finally after 8 weeks and $10k got car back but still heated cooled seats completely out. Filters clean but no lights on dash switxhes and test procedure holding button down while turning on ignition gives no lights.

Fuses checked and all seem OK, so I am stumped as can't find a wiring diagram for them. Any help appreciated in advance.

Wiring diagram below - unless you asked the dealer to fix, they wouldn't...

Thanks, now I have something to look for, looks like either wiring or fuse. Maybe a reset needed on gap tool.

Yes, I can confirm.

Someone has removed the heated/cooled seat module, which is why it's not working. All those spare plugs plug into a box like this underneath the plastic panel below the seat:

It's not the end of the world - I think used ones are around £40/$50 on ebay and last time I enquired with Land Rover main dealer, brand new are around £130/$150. As you've got a 2011-12 RR, I'd personally just go and buy a brand new module, because they can gain electric gremlins over time and the later cars are still worth good money Thumbs Up 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

Module was missing, replaced and still no lights at switches. 3 fuses checked and live. Where next I wonder?

Perhaps it needs coding?

Nope, it's plug and play.
Are you getting power to the controller (not the module, the dash controller)?
Is the module you've fitted a 'known good' item?

It's unlikely to be the fuse as it powers the SAS as well, same goes for the ground connection, check both at the centre facia module connector and work your way back.

After head scratching and while working on parking sensors, I got the GAP tool out and was messing with it for a while. Whilst in there I noticed my heated cooled seats were not installed. Followed the GAP directions and activated them. Now I seem to have heated seats. So missing module and need to activate was my issue. I wonder if they were ever working as the cover plate looked like it had never been removed and was a B to remove
