I can't remember now whether it was the 322 or the 405? JLR put in place a TSB telling dealers that get a mis-fuel in to change the whole fuel system costing the customer £10k+ OR their warranty would be canceled... YIKES!!!

Injectors are £400+ VAT each (xCool which is as good as £5k
HPFP is another £2k
Tank is another £1k
Fuel rails and filter housing is another £1k

That has been around for a long time, It was revised in wording but not intent around 2007. the range of it is 'all Diesel engined vehicles'. Quite a few people got it covered by their insurance co. - which I don't really agree with as it puts the cost of remediating their negligence onto all of us. If it was filling station contamination, then the fuel supplier picks up the cost, as happened with excess silicon in petrol a few years ago. At the dealership I worked at, we had a pile of 'contaminated' fuel tanks that were impossible to get rid of for some arcane reason, I wish I'd stripped the innards from them, I could have made a bit from selling the LP fuel pumps!
