Hi All

Looking for some expertise from our audio experts.

I have the alpine head unit in my p38 and it seems to have lost all power. I have extracted the unit and checked the connector block and have 12v from permanent live to ground, 12v switched on the ignition, but the head unit is not switching on.

I have also tried another alpine head unit and that will not power up either.

I had mine do that, and got a replacement that died two days later. Third one still working. At this age with these it is possible that they are both dead. Sorry I cannot be more help than that. 2003 VW Golf V6 4motion
