what does this plug do?

Hi all found this plug by the passinger side rear jack point, but not connected, any ideas what it should be as its just loose?

Looks like the deployable side steps plug you should have another one in the same place on other side 👍 Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!
