Service history is patchy, I'm Sure it needs about £1k or more spent on it but seems too cheap surely

Quality of those pictures I'd suggest they've been downloaded and reused from somewhere else. That immediately makes me suspicious.

Yea got the vin from him. Only LR history until end of 2018 I think
It was. Then different garages. Serviced about a month ago , needing 2 rear tyres and rear pads 70% worn on the advisories listed by the garage.
I thought that price was very very cheap compared to any other 2016 autobiography i could find.
Was up at £34995 a couple of months ago and I found it was up at £48k in the summer of 2022
