Some pattern ones rust very quickly, genuine ones last a lot longer and they aren't that much

Advanced Factors are good for getting a break down of part numbers specific to each vehicle… once you have the part number use https://www.lrworkshop.com/ to source cheapest unit per brand Cheers, Steven.

I’d avoid Britpart on recent experiences on a family owned L322 🤐 Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

In my experience, stretch to a genuine one - the aftermarket ones rust for fun and sometimes, aren’t even the correct length.

Just fitted the Britpart one as it arrived today. I’d say it was fractionally too long as the right cable takes the weight slightly earlier….. see how long it lasts…..

Not looked under the rubber cover on the right side cable yet. Been a bit manic as moving house. I dare say I’ll end up getting 2 genuine ones…..
