Front Grille replacement

I have ordered a new after market grille for my 2016 and noticed on my current grille that besides the 4 screws on top that there are 2 additional screws that hold a T bar that runs down the back/inside of the grille and appears to lock the bottom of the grille in place. The replacement grilles I have seen including the one i ordered do not have that T bar. Does it come off and attach to the new one?? Thanks!

Mine didn't. It's the screws at the top then it comes out with a tug. You leave the bar on the old grille
