United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Causeway Grey
Restricted Performance Issue

Hi. Bought a 10 year old Vogue L405 just 6 months ago. Have since had to, on the advice of LR after they serviced it, replace the oil cooler and coolant housing. Within 10 miles of getting it back from the LR specialist garage, my RR went in to restricted performance mode, followed quickly by the EML coming on. Had it towed back to the same garage and turns out, I now need 2 new turbos at a cost of around £6000!!!! Is this even normal? Why would both turbos need replacing? Could it be something to do with the garage fixing the oil cooler and coolant housing issue?
Any info, help, or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Took it to Harris Mayes in Rickmansworth. Having waited nearly 2 months for parts being on back order, they were the first and still only garage that called me back to say they now had the part in stock. Reviews on google were all ready good too.
