Assume you mean the AC, no it will not, it is for the V8 petrol AJ engine 2007-12. I know because I mistakenly bought it for my TDV8! This compressor is absolutely brand new and not even test-fitted, the box was opened only for the photo.
The gills will fit any L332.

S-Max 2007-2013 (only diesel I've had, good car but expensive when diesely bits go wrong, so what's the point?)

According to these suppliers that part number fits:

British Parts - AJ 4.2 and 4.4 V8 2006-2009
Jaguar Land Rover Classic (a division of JLR) - for RR 2002-2009
Advanced Factors - 02-09 4.2 4.4 V8 from VIN 7A000001

This is for the PETROL V8 NOT the TDV8. I am happy to provide any info I can but please check the part number yourself on the web. BTW the prices from the above suppliers ranged from £341.10 + VAT to £1,366 inc VAT!
