Charging system fault

I was able to get my wifes 2014 started with a jump, replaced the old battery with new, all hooked up and working fine but can't clear the "charging system fault" code on dash?Does anyone have any thoughts on how to clear it??

I had this, I thought it was a dead battery, but it was an alternator failure. Red Triangle and Charging System Fault on Dash, then the battery drains and everything dies, entertainment system first then a whole raft of failures.

This was on my 2013 5.0 Supercharged

I also had 'charging system fault' during my car purchase from a dealer. They replaced both batteries due to 'low battery' persisting after I collected it. Unfortunately, without realising, when replacing the main battery they snapped the tiny wire that supplies a positive feed to the BMS control module on the negative terminal. Quick call to their contact at LR and they fixed it. Chris
