After much deliberating I’ve come to the conclusion that the 4.4 makes the most sense to me at this current time.

The dream is to have the unicorn spec 5.0 Galway with tan/ arabica (clear glass) but looks like I could be waiting a while. Also have a long trip from Surrey to IOM at Christmas and the thought of £165 in fuel for a realistic 300 mile range (compared to c 600 in 4.4), with rpm over 2k doing 80+ doesn’t make a huge amount of sense.

Unfortunately my decision making has cost me as I have seen a few lovely 4.4’s sell on here recently too!

Please PM or post in here anyone thinking of selling their 4.4.

Preferable

-Green/ blue/ bournville
-SE/ autoB
-clear glass
-good history with seals/ turbos done
-due to above not overly fussed on miles (mainly looking for an already sorted example)

Facelift 4.4 so 2010-12

Based on what’s been advertised on here I was hoping circa £10k - but open minded.

I wouldn't worry too much about the turbo's on a 4.4, just look for evidence of solid servicing and a good MOT history. Drives:
