Are all fitted with fbh ,mine only has timed climate on the touch screen,is there a way to pre heat the car ??

Either via a separate Webasto fob or have an Altox box fitted that's operated by an App. The latter also doubles up as a basic tracker as it uses a SIM card.
Bodsy (mobile out of Telford) fitted my Altox at same time as a gearbox Megaflush and other transmission fluid changes. All done convinently on my drive. Legend

All 4.4TDV8 Westminsters were fitted with the Telestart Remote FBH Box. Have a look in the right hand side cubby box in the boot, there should be a small black box with 'Telestart T91R' witten on it (probably upside down writing on the box). That's the Remote Box.
If you definitely have that then you need to get a Land Rover Webasto / Telestart T91 Remote Fob. The Fob has two buttons which have 'ON' and 'OFF' on the LH and RH buttons respectively.
DO NOT get a Webasto / Telestart T91 Remote Fob with the 'Heater Symbol' on the Left Hand Button and 'OFF' on the Right Hand Button as that is the wrong Fob for the Heater Remote System and WILL NOT WORK with your Remote Box.
There are sometimes Fobs for Sale in the 'For Sale and Wanted' Section on this Forum.
