Water pump hex bolt

My water pump is knackered, peeing water! Went to remove it over the weekend and one of the bloody 20mm hex bolts is rounded! Looks like someone has foocked it up in the past! Any ideas on removing it? I haven’t touched it since as I don’t want to damage it even more.
