Identify a leak

Two weeks in and I’ve noticed a leak underneath the car. I have a feeling what it might be but any thoughts gents? Here’s some pics….

Probably oil cooler.

Yes looks low. Looks like you have oil in your coolant too. Kev

It looks oily inside your expansion tank. Kev

Update. I bought a cheap endoscope.

This is on top of the engine next to the lhs of the oil cooler. Is this pipe leaking perhaps? Is it a coolant pipe?

Looks like coolant. With the coolant tank being low also.

Get it stripped and inspected asap sir... They don't like too much coolant in the oil!
