2011 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Santorini Black

Oil dilution

Would anyone with better computer skills than me be able to do a search for 'MDRS Automotive' facebook page and download to the forum the findings of the oil dilution findings carried out by Range Rover World.
Makes for an interesting topic if that's OK by our admin.

Oh dear, what to do? Decisions, decisions….

Bung some “any old 5W40” oil in to “make it last a bit longer” & save money……

Or,

Use the correct JLR-specified oil and change it more frequently……?

I know what I’ll be doing, thank you very much! “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

There is a C3 but thats a mid saps oil and certainly wont be JLR approved!
Just use approved oil and change regularly. 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue
