United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black
[sold] RR Vogue L322 TDV8 4.4 2011 £10k

It is time for me to downsize, so here is my 2011 L322 Vogue for sale at £10k. This is my second L322, the first being a TD6, so I know the marque well and am familiar with their little ways. All the usual issues with this model have already been addressed. I bought the car in 2014 as the second owner when it was 3 years old with 31k miles. It is now at 99k miles and has just had its annual service during which the front left driveshaft was replaced at a total cost of £700. It has a new MoT with no advisories valid till 26 March 2025. It is in Santorini Black with black leather upholstery and piano black trim.

All servicing in my ownership has been by White’s Auto Services, probably the best RR Independent in my neck of the woods. The service booklet is fully stamped up and I have a comprehensive file of everything that has been done to the car. It has been well maintained throughout with no expense spared. It has an OEM Westphalia removable tow hook with a 13pin electrical connector. It is currently running on Falken HS01 winter tyres with 5mm tread remaining. There is a spare set of matching alloys fitted with Avon ZX7 summer tyres with 4mm remaining and included in the sale. It comes with two keys and a remote for the diesel heater. All electrics work as advertised and the air con delivers ice cold air. I have been meticulous with rust prevention measures. All subframes, box sections and sills have been treated annually with Dinitrol wax injection and exposed surfaces sprayed with Lanoguard. As a result, there is no serious corrosion anywhere on the car, although some surface rust is in evidence. Rear wheel arches and tail gate are free from corrosion. Last summer I had the whole car machine polished and ceramic coated and it now looks great as you will see from the pictures.
Apart from annual servicing, the main repairs and upgrades are as follows:

• Turbo oil drain mod carried by the main dealer under warranty by the previous owner.
• Both front brake flexi hoses replaced by main dealer as a recall item.
• 38245 – Wiring looms on both front suspension turrets replaced to clear dynamic stability fault.
• 54713 – both rear brake flexi hoses replaced and front to rear brake pipes replaced. lower front suspension arm replaced.
• 29/06/2017 – new AGM battery fitted.
• 61527 – oil cooler seal replaced to cure oil leak. OSF suspension arm replaced.
• 66503 – both rear shock absorbers replaced and both rear upper bushes.
• 07/01/2019 – front and rear discs and pads replaced.
• 71123 – all four short hoses on intake donut replaced as preventative measure.
• 76114 – both front outer CV boots replaced. Differential and transaxle oils replaced.
• 04/11/2021 – front and rear discs and pads replaced handbrake shoes replaced.
• 83659 – N/s rear caliper replaced.
• 84582 – auto gearbox flushed, new sump and filter (carried out by Mikey of this parish in Dundee).
• 24/03/2023 – new AGM Battery fitted.
• 92883 – both front lower suspension arms replaced.
• 93747 – Hunter 4-wheel alignment carried out.
• 98988 – N/S/F driveshaft replaced.

I have a full Carvertical report on this car available on request which reveals no issues. It gives the market value of this car from a low of £12,291 to a high of £17,079 and an Average of £15,007.
Realistically in today’s market I am asking £10,000 for this car.

Included in the price are:
• 4 matching alloy wheels in similar condition fitted with Avon ZX7s
• A good quality Nextbase 1440p dashcam hard wired.
• A charging connector and battery condition indicator for the CTEK charger

The Only issue I am aware of is the P040D-00 temperature sensor fault for which you will find lots of info in the WIKI. Most seem to think it is best left alone as it has no noticeable effect on the engine performance.
I am located in Dunbar, East Lothian which is on the main A1 between Berwick upon Tweed and Edinburgh. It has a rail station on the East Coast main line, so is very accessible. PM me if you require any further information.

Downsizing so going for a new Mazda CX5. After two FFRRs it will be a bit of a culture shock. We have enjoyed both and they are great cars but we no longer need the size or towing capability. 2011 Vogue TDV8 4.4

Ah i see. We had looked at a Mazda Cx5 for the house here but heard a good few stories on engine issues and even though I'm a Mazda owner and love the styling we ended up going for a BMW as the warranty was a 2 years regardless of problem. I love the styling of the Mazda but over here they are becoming too expensive so a few dealers have dropped them.

Whomever buys your RR though will have one good looking car. Current yokes

I think the issues are mostly with Diesels. This will be a 2l petrol non-turbo. I also have an MX5 from 1992 which is still sound as a bell. 2011 Vogue TDV8 4.4

This makes me feel like when I bought a white E30 M3, I loved the car but not the colour... I'm going to sleep on it.

Sold

Accepted an offer on it today, not from here but from Autotrader.
In my recent experience prices for late model l322s are all over the place with few achieving their asking price. Best estimates come from Autotrader, who know what cars are actually selling for. In my case the Autotrader estimate was around £9k, which is what it sold for. 2011 Vogue TDV8 4.4
