It was mainly P400e models that got my interest, but, to answer your question, 2019 Autobiogs all seem to come with CarPlay.

My L405 is a late 2017 Autobiography and came with CarPlay…but if your budget allows, go for 2018 onwards, to take advantage of the revised Canbus architecture so that you can benefit from the security upgrade being rolled out by Main dealers. (Lots of threads on this topic in L405 section).
