A little off-topic: I've tried to turn this bug into a feature.

It seems these sintered brass filters are becoming harder to find. There are options on Ebay but does anyone know the thread size before I commit to buying? I've seen 9mm banded around but can't find any M9 threads. Are they Imperial? |

It's a really basic standard BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) 1/8" male thread on the *silencer, also known as G1/8"

If this is just a vent then the unit is just a silencer and not a filter so drilling it will be the easiest fix at the expense of some noise when lowering the suspension. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |
