Hi @garyRR,

I don't think my PM messages are getting through to you for some reason.

Would it possible to purchase one of these curved screen units from you? If you can let me know the price. I'd struggle to get down to you for fitting but happy for you to supply the unit if possible.

Thanks Ash

All of the Aoonav screens are good and they have good technical support.

Re the blowers, probably the angle of the photo. The screen in the L405 only slightly overlaps the vents.

Hi Garyrr,

Sent you a PM a week ago but don’t think it’s going through. I’m interested in getting one installed. Can you PM me please.

Thanks

Have to be honest, it does look the business, wonder why LR didn't fit a bigger one themselves.

Yes and yes. You retain the old system as well as the new system, so get all original functionality also. When you select reverse, the reverse camera automatically comes up on the screen.

The screen has both a connection for an ADAS dash camera and also video in input and app for any video/camera input you wish to add.

Hi Gary,

are you available to fit this system? Sent a PM but not sure if it's worked

thanks

Did anyone manage to find a source for these screens? Looks great but I don't think Gary answered the question

I have the 13 inch head unit installed as well. But it blocks 3/4 of the middle air vents. Is there anyway to lower Either the whole head unit or just the monitor. Suggestions, please

Hi there,

Does anybody know how the sound works with this setup? I would PM GarryRR but as I am new on here it won't let me. Currently have IDCORE after market CarPlay on the L405, combined with the OEM screen. The issue I have is that when connected wirelessly, the music has to be played through the OEM Bluetooth connection, though it's controllable through the IDCORE CarPlay interface. Unfortunately, SAT NAV commands etc don't play over the bluetooth to the car as they think they are connected to a proper CarPlay interface.

I want to upgrade to the system GarryRR has installed so interested to hear if the above will still be an issue. Also whether it would be detrimental to the full Meridien package the car has.

FYI when I use the AUX lead, which is what IDCORE recommend I get horrendous interference so it's a no go.

Cheers

Ahhh, good to know Rolling Eyes . Had hoped the other posts had been privately responded to. Unfortunately Blackburn (Autostyle) is a bit out of the way for me so back to the drawing board!

I seem to be having an issue getting notifications for PMs.

Anyway, what I thought i'd do is a video demonstrating the screen, showing what it can (and can't) do, useful features, integration with the car, and any little niggles. And, I think this will answer most of the questions on the thread.

I thought this would be good, because that way everyone knows what they're getting before they take the plunge. I'll then figure out a price for supply only and a price for supply and fit.

...I also wanted to be my own guinea pig for 6+ months before recommending to anyone else. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
