When say "all sounds"... what are you playing may I ask?

If its all carplay then I would expect it to all come via the original car speakers.

Also, if you connect your phone to the old car system via bluetooth for phone, that should also be via the car..

If you use the new screen for sat nav (google maps or waze) then I think that comes from the crappy speaker (and yes itis pretty crappy).

Would be great if you found a setting that routes it all via the original speakers. Do tell, if you can remember  Ash

I haven’t got it connected to my cars Bluetooth only to the new screens CarPlay and everything works without the crap speaker…phone Spotify Google maps Waze etc but I honestly can’t tell you how I done it all I know is I’d been having trouble with people couldn’t hear me during calls so I just messed around with settings on the screen and my phone and now it’s spot on 🤷‍♂️

Could you explain a bit more about where you bought from as there seem to be a lot of websites selling the same kit.
Who did you use?
Did you buy from china and if so, how did that go?
Thanks for the pics, the standard screen is the only thing that lets the car down but your system looks bang up to date

I did a search online for these units and ended up 'in China' i'm afraid. A few UK sellers out there but some wanting £1200-£1500 for the screens alone, of which I suspect they source from China anyway...

I did chat online with a number of them before I found what I thought to be a good seller - I paid him but then got messed about a bit so I cancelled the order - thankfully I got a refund.

I don't want to step on anyones toes here but if anyone is interested in one of these, I'd be happy to supply the units - Just the curved screen or both the screen and AC control panels if you wish.

If there is interest let me know and I will get a bulk purchase price to supply. If so, I'll start a new thread rather than hijack Gary's. Ash

Sadly they are not that cheap. I paid more than that for a 1 off - including the import duty.

I might be able to get them for around £700-£750 but I think that would depend on the number of units. Ash
