curious to know where the super/double lock beep comes from...

i'd like to have it a bit louder so depending on where and what it is maybe it could be replaced with a fog horn or something else .. ... - .- -.

Yes Stan, I would be interested in finding this out as well. Current beep sound is too low.

i know its on the drivers side near the windscreen somewhere but you cant activate it with the bonnet up unfortunately.... ... - .- -.

Where abouts in the engine bay/car is that located? I’m struggling to see.

Looks to be in the top L/H corner of the engine bay, the box at centre bottom is the +ve remote battery terminal, pic is with bulkhead sound insulation removed.

Hiding it behind sound insulation so you can’t hear it? Yup! That’ll be a JLR idea!  V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

that pic is from the 2014-2016 WM but i assume its the same for 2018/2020.. ... - .- -.

I fixed mine with 2 hearing aids  V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

Oh joy if you have an FBH, it’s underneath that by the looks of it………

My FBH is in front of the brake booster Stan…

The sounder is inside of the drivers footwell 👍

You'd think it would be located somewhere like the engine bay so you could hear it more easily..
