Can anyone identify this part please ?

Hi Folks.
Can anyone tell me what this part is, it has an oil weep on it and I want to replace it. It’s on the drivers side towards the rear of the engine. It’s just above the crossover pipe. The bolt I’m pointing at goes through what looks like a plastic component which is the part I want to replace.
