4.4 tdv8 P087-21 Fuel Rail/system Pressure - Too Low

Hi I have had l322 4.4 tdv8 come to me with hpfp replaced but it keeps going into restricted performance with this code. I’m aware hpfp is changed but going by the seller it may not of been timed correctly Is there any particular way to know if it has or how to time it correctly?
