£15.17 posted, direct from Land Rover Classic. I'm taking off my gear selector as it's a bit grubby in the knurled bits and I'd rather not get any cleaning products down there. It'll mean destroying the original topper.

Each to their own. I replaced the leather one with the all chrome version as that's what I prefer.
Aliexpress also do the leather ones

Yes, they are only stuck on. The original chrome one came off ok with help from a heat gun.
