Side mirror vertical sensor and deployable tow hook issues

Recently found out my windscreen was leaking on passenger corner leaving the front passenger carpet damp after a long heavy rain. I've replaced the windscreen but found my side mirror no longer point downwards on the passenger side when on reverse and there is no power/ communications to the deployable tow hook. Both were working until around the time I found the leaking problem.

Side mirror code: B137C-14- Mirror Vertical Position Sensor -
circuit short to ground or open (2A)

Deployable tow hook has no code and not working.

I notice the junction box is located at the far side of the passenger console and wonder if water might have damaged it. Also is there any chances that it could be fuse that causes both problems. Everything on the mirror works just that it will not point downwards.

Any help is appreciated
