Not unlocking

Has anyone had their car not unlock? Fob does nothing.

Have to use the key to get in and set off the alarm etc. Not ideal!

is this in the same place that it normally works?

if so then it could be a low battery.

have you tried your other fob.. ... - .- -.

I just use the manual key.

Can you call JLR Assist for such matters or do I need to take it to a dealer?

Definitely LR assist, I would also insist on a LR technician not AA, even if you have to wait a little longer.
