Oil leak on top of block

I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance 3.6 tdv8 I have an oil leak on the top of the engine and can't see where it could be coming from it is leaking quite bad and runs down the rear of the block and on to the exhaust causing burnt oil smell in the car when driving I have no fault codes I've tried to get a photo bit it not easy to see the main area seems to be below the pipes that run from the EGR valves back

I feared it is going to be a pain to do, access is limited and by the look of things you have to unclip a mass of electrical connectors and a whole heap of other bits. I am going to remove the inlet plemum first and see if I can get a bit more visibility. My thinking is that it could be one of the oil feeds to the turbos, the leak doesn't show when running stationary but is definately there when you increase the revs.
Please let it be a loose connection somewhere...
All this started after an oil change, very strange, filter is seated fine and the outside of the filter housing is dry, just a bit of oil pooling on the base of the fuel filter cooler.
All fun and games but I do need the old beast in a week so I better get a move on...

Well, it seems some homeless rodent has taken up residence in the L/H side of the engine, quite how I'm going to get all the straw and stuff out I don't know yet, tried using a couple of bits of bamboo as chopsticks but my technique needs refining. The next plan is to remove as much of the oil as possible, a magical spell would be helpful, and then lay my self down on the engine whilst the OH applies the trottle as commanded and see if I can see the oil appearing.
