You can just buy rubber adapters off EBAY for just a few quid, why go to the trouble of making stuff.

I’m resurrecting this thread, as there was no real solution found for the L405.

Did anyone investigate further as to the possibility of a round aluminium puck with slot/screw/dowel pin to replace the Weber “Cow Horns”? Hopefully, we can moooove along and make some progress.

(Notice what I did there? Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter )

One caveat might be the 26.5cm closed height of the Weber/ Sprinter bottle jack, (measuring to the end of the piston) I didn’t measure the L405’s clearance to the F/R jacking points in extended mode yet, has anyone checked that? Confused V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

Thinking out-of-the-box

I’ve come up with a novel adaptation to the BMW Mini jack adaptor for the Sprinter jack:

Milled a 17mm x 10mm slot into the round puck, and a 16mm x 15mmm deep hole in the rectangular block a-la “upside down” Laughing Just got to drill the 4mm hole for the roll pin halfway up the hole.

I’ll let all know how it goes…… V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!
