Strange Noise at 90mph

Hi I have just replaced turbine valve on secondary turbo and on test drive at 90mph I heard this strange whining/?warning sound I have never heard it before or anything like it as I haven't been up tp 90 before due to secondary turbo issue. I will try an attach short video

it would be the sunroof rubber seal, just clean and put some silicon oil, I had that too a good clean did the job.
