I learned my (very expensive) lesson decades ago, I won’t buy cheap filters.
How much will you save? Perhaps £20 a year?

I use the Febi oil filters from Advance Factors and have never had any issues.
I normally use Mann filters but I don't think they make a fitment for the 4.4 TDV8. 2012 TDV8 4.4 Westminster Santorini black

As I buy 20l of oil at a time I always buy a couple of filters as well and I got these Mahle filters from Tayna for a very good price I think.

There's quite a few threads on oil, this one is from the L322, but the 4.4V8 is largely the same and there's some useful links to Smith and Allan oils. I've just bought 20l of momentum (their C1 oil) for a little over £80 inc VAT and delivery.

£13 quid on Amazon - not cheap paper but a proper oil filter, I would not use anything less Smile
