I just purchased a genuine LR service kit for my 4.4 TDV8 for £159.99, the kit included,

Oil filter
2 air filters
Fuel filter
Carbon interior filter
Sump plug

A year ago I paid (I just checked),

Fuel filter £89.99
Oil filter £18.99
Sump plug £4.99
Carbon filter £45.99
Air filters £87.98

This means with high quality C1 engine oil @£80 for 10 litres, a full service will cost me £240 using genuine parts.

I change my Oil and filter every 2500/3000 miles, main air filter annualy, secondary air filter bi annualy, Fuel filter every other year (circa 12000 mile intervals) and carbon cabin filter bi annualy. In addition to this diff and transfer box bi annualy and will have the gearbox oil replaced af the end of the year so 3 year interval. Brake fluid will be done at the same time and engine coolant in 18 months time which will be after 4 years and circa 24000 miles.

1 set of new Scorpian P Zeros LR fitment and likely new discs and pads on the front next year.

I am very pleased with the servicing and maintenance costs despite a blip every now and then taking a chunk of change but this hasn't been too bad to now.

Fully comp insurance @ £356 balances the dreadful road tax bill.

Finally using quality fuel additives and ZX1 Extralube keeps her running very sweetly.
