Tailgate Module

Does a new or secondhand Upper Tailgate module need programming,

If so what min equipment needed for this

I dont believe so. In the tailgate troubleshooting flowcharts there is no scenario that ends in the module needing to be coded or programmed. Also not seeing any DTCs that cover a coding/programming needed scenario.
