TV fault

The TV works fine for about 5 seconds then picture freezes and loses sound for about 3 seconds then screen goes blank for about 5 seconds then TV comes back on all fine and then goes through the same process. Radio, CD and DVD player all working fine. Any ideas on what causes TV fault?

Yes it still happens wherever I park, I even took it out of town to a high point in sight of the Belmont transmitter so i guess the fault is not with the incoming signal.
