as far as im aware Rob is still there I've known him over 20 years and went to school with his wife
Gary Crane has been there for the 25 tears I've been using Duckworths

Rob definitely isn’t there any longer unfortunately.

I got an email from him telling me he was leaving last year

Duckworths haven’t been the same to deal with since he left.
