Air Conditioning question.

Can anyone help?
Running a L405 4.4 TDV8
Aircon was loosing its coldness. Had it re-gassed and seemed ok. But when the car is sat still in traffic or driving v slow it doesn’t get very cold but at normal driving speeds, say +25mph it goes cold.
Tried just keeping the revs higher when sat still as an experiment and that didn’t resolve it.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Thanks in advance

Check if your fan is working.
The A/C condenser needs air flow for cooling to allow the system to work.
When in traffic and not moving it relies on the fan to provide this.
If the fan isn’t working this would explain why it doesn’t work when stationary.
I’m not that familiar with the L405 but I’m guessing it’s an electric fan.
Hope this helps. 2012 TDV8 4.4 Westminster Santorini black
