I have a similar issue on my SDV8, I am told it is probably an oil leak in to the V possibly from a rocker cover gasket.

Most likely the oil cooler or the gasket for the oil cooler. I have both done at different points on my MY20 4.4 SDV8. It is a long job as a previous poster has said. 2019 Autobiography SDV8 Byron blue/black - current
